1. Who the data controller is

The controller of your personal data is Bauline Invest Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Wita Stwosza 48/105, 02-661 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5214104975, REGON 540871350, KRS 0001154723.

2. What data we collect

Contact form

The form on the website includes the following fields: type of project, number of windows, location, planned installation date, contact details (telephone or e-mail address) and project description and comments. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.

When you click ‘Send enquiry’, the content of the form is forwarded to marcin@bauline.pl and biuro@bauline.pl via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which delivers it to us as an email. If sending fails, the form prepares a message in your email program — in that case, the data reaches us only once you send it.

Direct line

If you write to our e-mail address, call us or send us a WhatsApp message, we process the data provided in that correspondence — usually your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and the subject of your enquiry.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Replying to an enquiry and presenting an offer

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.

Concluding and performing a contract

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Accounting and tax obligations

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

Establishing or defending legal claims

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller.

We do not send direct marketing to people who have not contacted us, and we do not profile your data. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to a contract — for 12 months from the last contact.
• Data relating to a contract — for the duration of its performance and, after that, for the limitation period for claims and the period required by tax and accounting legislation.

5. Who we share data with

Your data is processed on our behalf by our service providers: WEBD (Poland) — the server hosting the website, @bauline.pl e-mail and the domain; FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — a service that forwards the content of the form to our e-mail address; our accounting firm — with regard to accounting documents. Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled to receive it under the law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies and browser storage. We do not use analytics tools or advertising pixels, we do not track your activity and we do not build profiles. We do not embed content from external services — fonts, photos, the video and everything else load only from our own server.

The website only uses browser storage for four technical functions: remembering that the welcome animation has already been shown, keeping your place on the page after changing the language, remembering that the “Currently on site” panel was closed, and remembering that the cookie notice was closed. This information contains no personal data, is not sent anywhere and is necessary for these functions to work, so it does not require consent. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

The website contains links to WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Maps. Once you click them, the privacy policies of those services apply.

8. Server logs

The server hosting the website may automatically log technical information about requests — IP address, date and time, browser type and the address of the page visited. This data is used solely to keep the website secure and working correctly. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way the website works or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address, with its date shown at the top of the document.
